If you\u2019ve read our manga, you may have noticed some repetition or overlap between some of the stories. The truth is, yes, some of these stories are inspired by the same passages as others (for example, \u2018Two Kings\u2019<\/a> & \u2018A Place at the Table\u2019<\/a>, or \u2018On the Road to Jericho\u2019<\/a> and \u2018Who is my Neighbor?\u2019<\/a>).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n All of our stories are about Jesus, but are told from the point-of-view of other people \u2014 often minor characters, who only show up in the Bible for a scene or two and aren\u2019t even named.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Why would we want to focus on these minor characters anyway?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When reading the Bible, it\u2019s easy to miss the impact of the words because their contexts are so foreign to us. With Waypoints, we don\u2019t want to add to or take away from Scripture, but show readers how beautiful and meaningful it is. We hope Christians will understand and appreciate it in fresh ways, and that people who are new to the Bible will be curious enough to read it for themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n Just like our stories come from various perspectives, <\/span>there are many perspectives regarding the Bible.
