In the world we live in, there are unseen forces of evil at work. Everyone has experienced moments of struggling with those invisible pressures—times when you felt tested or pushed to your limits. And at the same time, many of us have also experienced how a single word spoken to us can carry more power to encourage than anything we can physically see.

The characters who appear in this manga are Jesus Christ (the Son of God), and the devil. The devil tried again and again to tempt Jesus, hoping to make Him fail in fully obeying God the Father’s teachings. But each time, Jesus responded with the words of Scripture—God’s teaching—and rejected every temptation.

The words found in the Bible have the power to overcome what we cannot see.

“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.”
